Return Policy
We know that purchasing a full lace wig can be a difficult process. Often, it is difficult to know exactly what you want, or to know what to expect when you receive a wig. We want everyone to be happy with their purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs that have been tried on, worn, styled, adjusted, or that have had the lace cut. All sales are final due to hygienic reasons. All wigs are accurately represented in the photos to represent their true form. As such returns/exchanges are prohibited and cannot and will be returned under any circumstances.annot accept returns or exchanges.
Hair accessory products, such as tape, adhesives, removers, shampoos, conditioners and other haircare products are non-returnable.
